PixPro provides collection of professional stock-photos, artwork, and cartoons to the customer. PixPro also provides functionality for the customers to order cartoons as per their requirement.
Customers can buy high-resolution images that are categorized and sub-categorized for easy browsing. Customers can also search using search and advanced search options provided.
For End-user/Customers:

• Registration: 

Customers have to register with www.pixpro.in to buy the products like images, cartoons and even to order a cartoon for the images. Registration process is simple. Please follow the link http://www.pixpro.in/register.php .

• Buy images/artwork/cartoons:

Customers can order images and buy in different sizes for different applications. For example web-designing companies can buy web-sized images, which is affordable and good for web designing. Where as Advertising companies may be interested in buying XXL size which can be used for digital printing for hoarding usage. Available sizes are

This option helps the corporate and other customers to order cartoons as per their requirement.

Step1: Upload your photo using single upload and if you want cartoons for many images, upload the photos using multiple uploads.

Step2: Select the mood like Happiness, sad, funky, and angry for each photo/image you uploaded.

Step3: Confirm the order & you can select an artist if you want, but if he is busy, admin may request some other artist to process your request.

Step4: Our artists will do the cartoon & upload it. You will get a mail once your cartoon is ready.

Step5: Login into the pixpro.in and download it from My Cartoon Link.

• What is “My Orders”:

Here the items ordered by customers will be available for downloading at a late stage also. Plus customers can view the history also.
When customers gave specific cartoon orders, he can see the status here and when completed can download from here.

• What is “My Wishlists”:

When customers like some items, which he might like to buy, at a later stage he can add the items to wish list and this can be seen and bought later.

• What is “My requests”:

Here customers can check the status of the specific orders he placed for cartoons and when completed can download the same.

• How can i buy:

To buy an image/art work/cartoon browse thru the items and use “Add to cart” link.
When completed the selection go to my cart link at the top and from there the customers can buy the items either thru paypal or Indian gateway. When paypal is used customers have to pay in USD and INR to USD conversion will take place. Indian customers can buy thru Indian payment way in INR itself.

• What are the payment options available:

• Where can I change my personal details:

Use the myprofile link at the top menu. Here the details can be changed. Few details may not be changeable. Please mail to support@pixpro.in for any changes that are not possible thru this option.
For Artists/Photographers:

• How to register:

Artists/Photographers have to register with www.pixpro.in to upload the products like images, cartoons and even to service the cartoon request for the images. Registration process is simple. Please follow the link http://www.pixpro.in/photographers/register.php .

• How revenue is distributed:

Revenue is shared with the artist monthly on the sale of his items. Artists will be shared the revenue based on his percentage sharing as available in the agreement. After deducting the service tax amount it will be shared. Artist can mention whether he wants to receive the amount to his account or thru cheques. In case of cheques it will be sent to the address mentioned in the registration process. If there is any change please try to update before 25th of every month. Please view your earnings thru reconciliation link. If there is earning for a month and you haven’t received, Please mail to support@pixpro.in ASAP.

• How to enter special prices to selected images:

Generally the default prices available in the portal  will be used but sometimes artist may feel few images/art work/cartoon worth to sell at more prices, he can select the same while uploading and mention the special prices for normal purchase and as well as for exclusive buying also.
To enter the exclusive special price, customer has to enable exclusive buy available also. This will be useful to the artist to decide the prices for exclusive buying for a year.

• How to upload many images:

Artist can upload an image/art work/cartoon using upload link available thru artist menu (top menu), there he can upload single file, but there is another link in this page for multiple files upload, thru which he can upload many images. The system is currently limiting the size to 8MB and only JPEG format files. Plans are on for increasing file size and to support multiple files formats as well.

• How the different sizes are sold:

When artists upload the images, the system discovers the maximum size and it automatically creates the lesser sizes i.e. all sizes up to that size for the end customers to buy.
This way pixpro.in is trying to sell to different segments of customers ranging  
from low price to very high resolution.

• Do I have to upload different sizes files:

No. The system generates different sizes of same image file internally. For example if the artist has an image for XL size, he doesn’t have to create M size or WEB size, he has to only upload XL size and the system generates the remaining sizes.
